To ensure a repair falls within our scope of services, we like to begin with a virtual assessment. The summary below outlines our process and associated fees.
Light fixtures requiring inspection certification to follow the same process.
ASSESSMENT
- In the Repair Submittal Form below, please provide a detailed description of the issue in the message field and include up to three images to support the assessment. Once we confirm that the repair falls within our capabilities, the fixture will need to be dropped off to our shop for an official diagnostic evaluation.
IN-PERSON DIAGNOSE
- The in-person diagnosis allows us to clearly understand the issue, determine whether parts are needed, and provide an accurate estimate for the labour time required.
- The diagnoses fee is a flat $95.00 min.
FORMAL QUOTE
- A quotation for the required labour and parts will be provided following the completion of the diagnosis. Payment for the approved amount will be due at the time of pickup once the fixture has been fully repaired.
- Technician cost is $125/hr
NOTES.
- Estimated wait times will vary by fixture
- In some cases, a manufactures warranty applies and it will be sent back to the manufacture to be addressed
- If a light fixture cannot be repaired during in-person diagnostic, only the diagnostic fee will be charged.
