Shipping of orders will occur upon completion and verification of full payment, including the cost of your preferred shipping method.

Our preferred courier company is UPS.  Please read their procedures here. You may also indicate your own shipping company of preference. Please discuss and coordinate with your Eurolite rep accordingly.

When an order is shipped, You will receive information regarding delivery of your package in advance, which includes a tracking number and the courier companies procedures to avoid unnecessary contact.

Please know that despite our continued efforts, shipping during Covid-19 has had some unpredictable delays and rising costs by our providers, and we are doing our best to get you the best pricing and timelines possible.
For online website purchases, please understand shipping must be paid directly to us, separate from your online payment. Please see the following information based on your country that explains the process in detail:
