How long does it take for a light fixture to arrive?
It depends on the light. If it is in stock in North America, the lead time is generally 2-4 weeks, and 8-10 weeks if it is coming from Europe. Air freight may be available, but is quoted on a case by case basis, and only after the order is confirmed. Contact your sales rep for a quote.
What is your warranty on light fixtures?
We guarantee the light fixture for one year, used in the installation it was meant for. We do not guarantee the installation itself.
Do you guarantee installation?
We do not guarantee installation. We do have a list of recommended electricians you may contact for installing your Eurolite fixture.

In general, we accept exchanges and returns on fixtures that have been purchased at regular price but NOT installed. However, when we special order a fixture that is not in stock, or if it is crystal, there is a restocking fee of 25% to 100%, which reflects the supplier’s own fees.

Quotes are good for 30 days from creation. Contact your sales rep to get an updated quote and to confirm the fixture is still available.

No problem. Mention your designer’s name when you come down to see the lighting; or make an appointment to see the sales rep before you come down to ensure someone is there to serve you.
