The Butcher Chef strives to bring connection and understanding from the first bite to the last. A menu filled with rarefied food, drinks and curated local and seasonal cuts of meat joined by a unique and award-winning scotch and wine list.
The restaurant design was managed by owner & partner Michael Dabic, and together with Eurolite's Charles Lyall, they curated all the right lighting sources and thoughtfully chosen fixtures. Walnut shaded pendant lighting selections for over the tables, the statement chandelier, and integral millwork lighting in the wine displays and bar defines the decadence of this space.
